Citizen participation

Citizen suggestions shape government policy and everyday life

MOPAS provides the people an opportunity to actively participate in the policy making process through a forum in which citizens share their ideas and daily experiences. We promote world-class online services to ensure convenience
Transforming daily life experiences into pragmatic policy
  • Through public participation, we search for potential improvements in policy areas that are closely related to the daily lives of the people and provide incentives for best ideas and suggestions.
  • We continue to support services related to citizens' welfare and employment.
  • Internal portals are built based on newly created policies closely related to citizens' daily lives, so that the public can benefit from one-stop service.
Offering administrative services anytime, anywhere
  • MOPAS has built a system to process a large amount of documents electronically by prioritizing civil affairs services by urgency and importance (e.g., move-in notification)
  • To promote it, we have merged the G4C (Government for Citizens) site into the integrated civil portal, allowing documents from public administration to be requested from and sent to cellphones and PDAs.
  • Internal portals are built based on newly created policies closely related to citizens' daily lives, so that the public can benefit from one-stop service.
